One report credit covers the full report bundle for one export — the evidence CSV and both PDFs. A new export uses the next credit.

Refunds

Unused credits: refundable on request within 30 days, no questions.

Delivered reports: if a report failed to generate, or contains a reconciliation defect -- a figure that does not tie to the source file as the report claims it does -- full refund and keep the report. If you're unsatisfied for any other reason, reply within 14 days; we'll walk the evidence trail with you by email, and refund if you're still unhappy.

CSV files you upload yourself are parsed in your browser. Nothing is emailed to us and nothing is run on your behalf.
