What’s not included at any tier without the source
• Orders alone cannot prove Contribution Margin. CM needs cost, logistics, and fee sources.
• Gross Margin requires a Product Cost upload. Without it, margin stays gated, never guessed.
• Payment fees require your payout data. Absent it, fees are named as a gap, not filled in.
• Shipping and fulfillment require carrier / 3PL sources. No shipping cost is inferred.
